[LPC] Unsealed: Days 22, 23, 24, 25

We’re approaching the final weekend. In hindsight, I’m glad the LPC only runs for a month. I’m extremely exhausted, and I don’t think my entry is as strong as other’s I’ve seen, but there’s still time to do one final push…

Day 22: I started working on skills. Added Daneeklu’s Fire Lion, as well as Cookiez’ Dragon Punch. It took me a while to make it functional. Lastplacer commited a couple of extra maps which we’ll be using. I’ve been trying to locate a bug regarding “Invisible Blocks”. It’s been driving me insane since I published the first Alpha. I modified the Clam and the Terrex behavior, as well as the Fire Lion behavior.

Day 23: I hate tonight. I was working on the game, and had a power blackout. To make matters worse, my laptop had no charge when we had that blackout and could only save everything to a USB, to continue working on my brother’s fully charged Windows 7 laptop. What bugged me the most was having to work under Notepad. >_>. With that out of the way, I managed to create the Ground Spikes skill.

Day 24: Snakes & Bees. There’s a hilarious Oprah.gif that shows you just how excited I am of this build.

Day 25: I started working on a “Scene Director” that’ll power the storyline of the game. We have less than 7 days to go and I’ve *just* begun working on this part. *sigh*.
